Merrick Garland seems like a nice, qualified guy. But it's a stupid game by both Obama and the Republicans. The Republicans will only confirm Garland if they lose the presidency in November. If Clinton or Sanders is elected, they could get an equally qualified, younger judge. A pox on both of their houses.
